Fluorescent Liquid Penetrant Inspection Services
Our services apply a liquid fluorescent dye to the surface of a
non-porous material in order to detect defects that may
compromise the integrity or quality of the part as part of
overall inspection.
Fluorescent Magnetic Particle Inspection
Our services detect surface and near-surface flaws in a part. A
magnetic field is applied to the part and variations of the
magnetic flux are assed to identify any flaws. We then apply
fine magnetic particles coated with a fluorescent material
creating a visible indication of the flaws in the part.
Passivation Cleaning Services
Our Passivation cleaning services use the chemical treatment
process by which the electrochemical condition of passivity is
obtained on the surface of metal alloys.
Pre-Penetrant Cleaning and Etching Services
Our
etchants are properly removed from the part before applying
penetrant. We avoid acid and caustic entrapment from a
pre-penetrant etch that can have disastrous effects on the
penetrant inspection. Our service carefully clean both acid and
caustic etches before penetrant inspection.
Chemical Film on Aluminum Protection Services
Whilst most aluminum alloys offer little protection against
corrosion, the metal can be treated with a chemical film to
prevent corrosion. Our chemical film coatings provide varying
amounts of protection for aluminum alloy surfaces. |
